Please contact us by email detailing your name, product you are returning and reason for returning. Please include a photo of any damage where necessary. State whether you require a refund, exchange or replacement. If you would like an exchange, please inform us in detail of exactly which item(s) you would like. We will then issue you with a returns number.
Please return all goods within 14 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging by 1st class registered post to:
Woontante, Van Woustraat 163-165, 1074 AK, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Please obtain a 'proof of posting' from the Post Office, when you return orders to us. It is impossible for us to exchange, refund, or replace items that are lost in the post, unless a 'proof of posting' can be provided. We do not refund return postage.
We will be very happy to refund the return postage for damaged or incorrect orders you have received, if you return the package to us using the TNT Mailservice for Dutch orders or a 1st class registered mailservice in your country.
All products are shipped by insured registered post.
